R and J are a pivotal part of the Boxing community, without R and J's we would not be able to host any fight night. If you have ever wanted to be a part of the Boxing community now is your chance to become a volunteer. 

All R and J's volunteering on a fight night get free entry and meal and water provided. 

You will be required to obtain a Working with Children Card as well as complete some Play by the Rules training which will be emailed out to you.
