Clubs are to complete this form and return back to secretaryboxingnt@gmail.com for the club to be opened on the Boxing NT Webpage. Once this is sent through an Invoice will be emailed for payment and you will then Coaches and Boxers will be able to Register. 

Once Paid please email payment confirmation through to treasurebnt@gmail.com  for Boxing NT to open your club in the registration portal. Failure to do so will delay your club opening and delay your members being able to register.
